German born Daniel Bottner, is the 29 year old brainchild behind hot German dance act Digital Devotion! Music has always been Daniel’s passion, inspired as a teenager by the works of Frankie Knuckles, Mike Dunn and Stacy Kidd. At an early age Daniel hit on full time DJ’ing & soon became the resident of the infamous Starboogienight Crew, hosting parties at key locations all over Germany.

It was thanks to the Starboogienight events that Daniel had the opportunity to play at pretty much every club in the local scene, which lead to him becoming a regulazr face at the frontline of the busy German clubbing and nightlife ethos. It was from here that he would use this opportunity to project himself to a much bigger platform playing House music right across the country.

In 2004 his studio work really took off, producing material signed to Disco Galaxy Records and Deepless Recordings under the moniker Naked Funk, which then allowed him to work closely in 2006 with fellow German producer and vocalist Pit Bailey (of Andrew Spencer Feat. Pit Bailay "I'll Be Ready" fame).

This consistent unity with well established labels, vocalists and producers resulted in the conception of Digital Devotion under which Daniel now produces regularly.

Not wanting to restrict himself to the confines of his home territory, Daniel sent his work to various global A&R departments with a vested interest in cutting a deal with an overseas label. After much negotiation, it would be UK based independent dance label Turbulence, responsible for club hits from Paradise, Future Freakz, Nysse & Hinton and Audiolush amongst others that would bite on their first original single project together, the infectious, catchy and very credible House offering – “Heaven”.
